How to initiate a Shares Transfer In request?


To initiate a Shares Transfer In request on the Webull App,

1. Tap the Webull logo at the bottom of the screen

2. Tap “Transfers” at the top of the screen

3. Tap “Shares Transfer In”

4. Complete the submission


Once your Shares Transfer request status has changed to Pending, you will need to contact your respective broker and provide them with the following details to initiate a transfer out request.

Custody Account No.: Client Account number with Webull (starts with CSG or CIS)

DTC Participant Code: 0158


Please be advised that any discrepancies in the submitted information, such as the Brokerage Account ID or Delivering Broker email address (eg. putting personal account ID/emails instead of the Brokerage ID/emails), may result in extended processing times for your transfer application.


Please take note of the following:


1. There must be no change of beneficial ownership.


2. Webull Singapore only supports Depository Trust and Clearing (“DTC”) share transfers.


3. Currently, Automated Client Account Transfer System (“ACAT”) Transfer is NOT supported.


4. Shares Transfer In may take up to 21 business days for processing.


5. The minimum threshold for Shares Transfer In is USD 5,000 (Mark-To-Market Value).


6. The only products supported for transfer in are US Exchange listed Stocks and Exchange-Trade Funds ("ETFs").
