When will I know the Net Asset Value (NAV)?

Mutual Funds are priced based on Forward Pricing.

The Net Asset Value (NAV) will be made known to you within T+2 business days from the transaction date. The reflected price on T day is an indicative price and does not represent the actual transacted price.

The subscription units obtained according to the calculation method of net asset value(NAV) are not always integers. The units provided by the fund management company may produce decimals, and the final market value displayed may be slightly different from the actual subscription amount.

Subscription units = Subscription Amount/Confirmed NAV

(the number of decimal places for units are provided by the fund management company)

Market value = Holding units*NAV

(Market value is displayed with 2 decimal places).

For example, without considering any fees involved, if the current NAV of a fund is USD 1, when we subscribe USD 100, it is equivalent to buying 100 units of a mutual fund with a NAV of USD 1, and the holding market value is USD 100. But when the NAV is USD 1.10, the same USD 100 can only subscribe 90.909 units. After multiplying the NAV by the amount of units, we will find that it is not exactly USD 100, but USD 99.99.
