How do I complete the Customer Account Review (CAR)?


For new account applicants, if you opt in to trade Specified Investment Products (SIPs) such as Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and/or Options, the Customer Account Review (CAR) will need to be completed at the point of application for your account. You will need to ensure the information filled is up-to-date.


For existing clients, if you did not opt in to trade SIPs (ETFs and/or Options) during the account opening process, you can submit the CAR in the Webull App:


1. Tap "Menu" at the bottom right of the Webull App

2. Tap "Settings" below your profile

3. Tap "Manage Brokerage Account"

4. Tap "Options Trading" or "ETF"

5. Open "Options Trading" or "ETFs Trading"

6. Select the relevant options accurately

7. Tap "Submit"
