How do I update my mobile number in my account?


You can update your mobile number through the Webull App.


To update your login credentials:

1. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Account & Security"

4. Tap "Mobile Number"

5. Tap "Change Mobile Number"


To update your account contact details:

1. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Manage Brokerage Account"

4. Tap "Modify Account Profile".

5. Tap "Modify" under Mobile Phone Number

Note: This contact number will be used for all trading related matters.

The update might take 1 to 2 business days to take effect.


If you no longer have access to your mobile number, please contact us through the in-app Help Centre for assistance.
